Privacy Policy for EmpTech Manager:
At EmpTech Manager, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by EmpTech Manager and how we use it.

Information we collect
Information You Provide. When you register to the App, we ask you to provide certain personal information, including valid email address, valid phone number, Facebook or Google account login details. When registrering for an account, we will also ask you to provide additional contact details, such as, your name, telephone number, email address, company name and company department.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

While using the App, we may collect, with Your prior permission:
- Pictures and other information from your Device's camera.
We use this information to provide you with a custom fitted product. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers any/or a Service Provider's server
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

How Do We Use The Information Collected?
We will use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with quality service and security, to operate the App, to perform our obligations to you and to develop and improve our service. For example, we use personal information to verify your identity. We also use this information to establish and set up your account, verify or re-issue a password, log your activity, provide customer support and contact you from time to time.
- To contact you, as requested by you or as otherwise approved by you or permitted according to this Policy.

How Long Do We Keep Personal Information?
We apply a general rule of keeping personal information only for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. However, in some circumstances, we will retain your personal information for longer periods of time. We will retain personal information for the following purposes:
- As long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations, e.g. so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenge.
- In relation to personal information from closed accounts to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our Site terms and take other actions as permitted by law.

Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. EmpTech.dk does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.

If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
